We are back at it for another fantastic weekend of footy, looking at some of the premier games on the slate for Saturday. We begin with Manchester United hosting Nottingham Forest, then head to Germany as Dortmund travel to local rivals Bochum, followed by a look into the Serie A as AC Milan face off against Torino at home. We will look at several lines for each game, which are put together to offer some great value either as straights or in parlays. Let’s begin!

Nottingham Forest at Manchester United (FanDuel)

Forest survived a late onslaught from Sheffield United to take all three points in their second match of the early season, relying on some heroics from the backline and goalkeeper Matt Turner. On the other side of the pitch, Manchester United were disappointed to lose 2-0 in a tough matchup against new look Tottenham, displaying poor composure in front of goal in a match where they at times looked to be the dominant side. Heading into this match, the favor is certainly still on the side of the Red Devils, but it is unlikely that Forest are going to be the pushover that one may expect. We are anticipating a high-tempo match with lots of open play, something that should play perfectly into the hands of the uber talented offensive front of United and deliver the side all three points at home.

Manchester United ML + Total Corners o8.5 (-138) | Same Game Parlay

United controlled the flow of play early on in their last matchup and between some heroics from the backline of Tottenham and untimely errors from United attackers, let the game slip away from them. A huge contributing factor towards this was the brilliance of the Tottenham midfield, breaking up play throughout the match when United looked to spring their attack and controlling the tempo when Tottenham were on the ball. In this game, United should have much better fortunes both in creating chances and dominating the ball in possession, with Forest lacking the same quality of midfield play that Tottenham has.

Though it is still unclear if United will be able to click offensively as they should, they certainly will generate chances and should have enough to push them past Forest. Alongside this, United should have plenty of corners as they are constantly testing the backline of Forest, which has great potential to hit over the line of 8.5 corners for the match. Looking back to their games last season, United was able to win both home and away and in both matches generated nine corners just by themselves. With the disparity in quality between the two sides likely to drive the games towards both these results, expect both parts of this parlay to hit.

Dortmund @ Bochum (FanDuel)

This Revierderby fixture displays two teams in opposite form, with Dortmund recording two victories from two, while Bochum have suffered defeats in both matches this season. Dortmund have looked as strong as ever to begin the season, currently on a stretch of 17 games unbeaten stretching back to last season. On the opposite side, Bochum have had a poor start to the year, highlighted by a 5-0 loss away last weekend. While the atmosphere should be high energy for the home opener for Bochum, Dortmund are simply too dominant to let this match slip and should walk away comfortably from this fixture with all three points in hand.

Dortmund ML + Total Goals o2.5 (-142) | Same Game Parlay

If there is one thing that Dortmund are brilliant about, it is their high octane attack. Stretching across their last ten matches between last season and now, they have seen the total goals in their match cross 2.5 in eight out of ten. Bochum have defended atrociously which will play perfectly into the hands of one of the most lethal offenses in all of Europe.

Dortmund will be expecting to put away at least a couple goals and should be walking away from this match with the victory, but it is worth noting that Bochum have played well at home against their rivals recently – over their last two home matches, they have managed to escape with a draw both times. This may bode well for the match total as Dortmund will have chances aplenty, so a goal from the hosts will only help push the total higher, but should not be enough to keep the match a draw. The prevailing forms of the teams should carry this game into Dortmund’s hands early on and give this parlay a phenomenal chance of hitting.

Torino @ AC Milan (FanDuel)

Milan have started off the new Serie A campaign in great form, winning comfortably last weekend, meanwhile Torino flamed out in a disappointing 0-0 draw. Milan are currently on a four-game winning streak in Serie A matches and have carried over their excellent form that saw them advance all the way to the semi finals of the Champions League last season and are hosting a weaker side in Torino, which should provide them with plenty of firepower behind a raucous San Siro crowd. Torino will have their work cut out from them behind the plethora of attacking threats in this revamped Milan side which should be expecting to leave this result with all three points.

Milan Team Corners o4.5 + Pulisic 1+ Shots on Target (+140) | Same Game Parlay

Today we are going to be looking at a same game parlay for Torino at AC Milan, with AC Milan having over 4.5 Corners and Christian Pulisic to record at least one shot on target. Milan look to be humming with the new additions to their side and were lethal in the offensive third last week. The new signings seem to be gelling well with the players who have already turned this club around over the last few seasons and have given some confidence to this side despite some key departures in the transfer window. With much of the ball, Milan should have no issues reaching the number for team corners as Torino will be packing it in on defense, likely handing Milan several corners just from last-ditch defending efforts. Across their last ten games, Milan have hit this number for corners in eight of their last ten and likewise hit this in their first league game this season.

Part of this new-look attack is the young American Christian Pulisic, who on his debut scored an absolute belter. Seemingly having regained his confidence with his new club, the former Chelsea winger should tear it up and have no trouble recording at least one shot on goal – particularly as it looks like Milan will have the ball for most of the match. Either taking men on out wide or being the recipient of the brilliant service Milan can provide from both the midfield and their attack, Pulisic has many routes toward getting in on goal and should record this stat again in this match.
