Currently, we offer five tools per sport:

Get an overview of any and all upcoming games with the home page. Clicking on any game will give you a high-level overview of the matchup, breaking down the most crucial stats and highlighting the players to look out for.

• Deep Stats

Look up any player or team to view in depth analytics showing hit rates, charts, game logs, and matchup info. Apply powerful filters like H2H, playoffs, minutes played, with or without teammates, opponent strength, and more to slice and dice the data.

• Parlay Optimizer

Enter any SGP or SGP+ you're considering and get innovative analytics with hit rates broken down by leg and projected probability for the parlay. Get insights on which legs to cut and which to increase, based on the cold hard data.

• Leaderboards

View player rankings by hit rate for any prop you'd like to research (for example, 25+ points or 10+ rebounds) over the entire season or recent time frames (last 5, last 10, last 20 games) to get an idea of which players are on hot streaks.

• Trends

View the most valuable plays currently being offered by sportsbooks, sorted by edge. This tool breaks down the differences between the implied odds of lines being offered by sportsbooks and their historical hit rates to bring you strong plays to add to your betslip.

We’ll walk you through how to use each tool using examples along the way. HOF Bets is the shiny new weapon in your sports betting arsenal, and this article is a training session to prepare you for optimal performance next time you bet.

Home

The Home page is your introduction to Hall of Fame Bets, giving you an overview of everything you need to know before diving into your sports betting research process. At the top of the screen will be a few cards displaying any promotions or information from the Hall of Fame Bets team. Below that, you will see a list of all upcoming games.

You can navigate between sports, as well as through game days through the menus located at the top of the screen. Clicking on any game will bring you to its Game Preview, which will open a separate menu. To get a better sense of things, let's look at an upcoming game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Upon opening there will be a number of different charts and visualizations that you can toggle between from the menu at the top or by scrolling through. The top of the screen will display the odds for the core game lines, while right below it you will find a matchup box, detailing the respective strengths and weaknesses of each team's offense and defense.

Scrolling down a bit further, you will come across Key Players, which will breakdown the players to watch for and their recent averages for core stats. This can be a great section to draw some inspiration for players to research further.

Next, we have our newest feature, our Usage Share visualization. This gives you a breakdown of how the ball is divided on offense for both teams, giving you a clear idea of not just who records the stats, but who gets the most opportunities. This can be a great place to examine players that have great potential for a breakout performance, or those who may be over performing and due for a quiet game.

Finally, we revisit the main lines for this upcoming game, giving additional details of how teams have recently performed for each of the given lines.

The Home tab is a great place to begin your journey, draw some inspiration, and find the bets that will make your betslip. From here, there are a number of other tools that can take your sports betting game to the next level, so the only thing left to do is dive in!
